Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Modified Yuanli Needle Combined With Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Periarthritis Of The Shoulder With Cold And Dampness Syndrome In Adhesion Stage

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Round-sharp Needle combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in the period of adhesion with Cold-dampness syndrome,so as to provide more choice and basis for clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in the period of adhesion.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table,the experimental group was treated with modified round needling combined with acupoint injection,while the control group was treated with ordinary needling combined with acupoint injection;Observe the changes in Constant-Murley score before and after the first and second courses of treatment in the two groups,and then conduct comparative analysis and statistical processing.Results:1.After the first and second course of treatment,the Constant-Murley score of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the test group and the control group can effectively reduce the related scores of patients.2.After the first course of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the Constant-Murley score in the two groups was similar.After the second course of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving the Constant-Murley score.3.The total effective rate of the test group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis.Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified round needling combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of cold and damp syndrome of periarthritis of shoulder in the period of adhesion is significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients without obvious adversereactions and has significant clinical application value.
