With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, urbanization isthe inevitable trend of the development of rural economy and society. Because therural collective land property right is not clear and lack of scientific planning, orplanning to implement the reason is not in place, resulting in rural residential landshowed extensive use, small scale, disorder, confusion, construction layout, buildingcovers an area of more serious land waste and poor sanitation, poor infrastructure andother factors seriously restricting the development of rural economy and societydevelopment, the slow process of rural urbanization, modernization.Fumin County distance of Kunming city is only23kilometers, is the nearest tothe urban area of Kunming county. With Kun Wu paragraph opening, people will beincorporated into the Kunming urban economic circle of15minutes, a huge space fordevelopment. According to the plan, Fumin County urbanization rate will reach44%of the city planning, land size and population size from the originally planned7.12square kilometers,65000people, increased to32.24square kilometers in2020,200000people. The planning of the6townships,498villages are involved, from thetown planning to the village planning do global coverage. Fumin County plans to"city of the county" work has been put on the agenda, the implementation of ruralsettlements in the comprehensive planning has been imminent.In this paper, taking Fumin County as study area, using the TM remote sensingimage as the foundation, through the combination of ERDAS IMAGINE remotesensing image processing software and ArcGIS geographic information systemsoftware, correction and interpretation of Fumin County TM remote sensing image.Study on the extraction of rural residential status distribution map data, and combinedwith Fumin County statistical yearbook, the overall planning of land use data results,a comprehensive analysis of influence factors of rural residents Fumin County at thelayout of the terrain, the location and the social and economic aspects, with the resultsof the analysis of influence factors of evaluation system, combined with AHP to determine influence factor weight value and the calculation of Fumin County Ruralresidential comprehensive score, according to the results of the evaluation todetermine the focus of the layout of rural residents at178, moderate layout type1800rural residents, rural residents to restrict the development of type1201and type,migration of rural residential620. Finally, Fumin rural settlements classified asurbanization, village center, retention and relocation villages Village and four types ofArcGIS spatial analysis to determine optimal layout scheme.
