Research On The Development Strategy Of Q Ecological Estate In Fumin County

Ecological farm originates from the concept of the domestic and international ecotourism and rural tourism.It combines ecology with village garden organically and accords completely with the modern idea of urban construction blended with natural elements.Ecological farm can exploit the landscape ecological resources of the urban fringe and develop suburban ecology tourism,which contributes to the achievement of complementary advantages and coordinated development between the city and rurality.As an important carrier which integrates urban agriculture with suburban activities,ecological farm has entered a rapid development period after we stepped into 21 st century.In recent years,as the consumer’s consumption concept changed greatly,mass leisure tourism times has arrived quietly.Now,ecological farm has been becoming a new consumer sites and turning to the golden age of prosperity.The researches object of my thesis is Q ecology manor in Fuming county.The manor is divided into the integrated service area,the distinctive agricultural demonstration plot,the special fruit forest and the modern agriculture area of the four major functional blocks.this paper represents the background of the study.On the basis of it,the thesis makes certain of the contents and methodology of the research,in this way I can set the logical framework.Some research information theory basis are involved in this paper.By analyzing the internal environment of ecological finca in Fuming,I can draw the conclusion that although the manor has its special cultural atmosphere and favorable ecological environment,its disadvantages far outweigh advantages.The disadvantages mainly reflects the following aspects: remote situation,restricted traffic,insufficient funds and the lack of it’s own brand.International environment and external environment together support the implementation of the development strategy.Through analysis of the inner and outer circumstances of the manor,setting up the strategic thought of the manor,which includes vision,mission and operation philosophy,then put forward its strategic target and make out the varying and diversification strategy.and at the same time develop an action plan.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy,effective measures should be taken.There are listed as follow: strengthening team building of the manor,turning to the government for help,constantly innovating the tourism product,searching all kinds of profitable patterns,building up personalized brands,enhancing information construction and executing the refined service measures.All these methods could ensure that the strategies of the manor can be carried out effectively and efficiently and at the same time the future strategic target of the manor can be accomplished smoothly.
