Current situation,planning,management,preservation and development and utilizationof land and resources Scatter in different departments.These data generally are servicedfor individual departments, without relationship between the business data,cannotaccurately reflect the continuous process of the currentsituation,planning,management,preservation and development and utilization of land andresources.In this paper,the study example is putting up consolidated Supervision Platformof land and resources-“One Map” data portal of The Bureau Of Land And ResourcesChengdu, urban landscape3D Visualization will be realized by establishing interrelated3D model and rapid supervision achieved baesd on visualization. At the same time,GIS asan effective spatial analysis and visualization tools,have had many successful applicationsin consolidated Supervision of land and resources. But the main target is limited toqualitative or quantitative research of individual department’s Single computer,which ismainly focusing on the analysis of historical data,but is insufficient in exhibition andcomprehensive analysis of Real-Time3D visualization. Therefore,the combination of3Dvisualization technology and consolidated Supervision of land and resources vigorouslypromote the department of Land and Resources’ intensity of the consolidated supervisionof resources. Real-Time data convene multivariate data such asland,minerals,geology,meteorology and so on,but traditional GIS software could onlyhandle2D,2.5D data which could not meet the actual needs. After carefulanalysis,summarize and sum up the common modelling approaches and strategies of fastmodelling,the consolidated Supervision Platform of land and resources is proposed basedon3D visualization,and a software system was programmed combining datamanagement,model editing,analysis and display. The major research works are shown as follows:(1)Considering3D visualization data constructed for “One Map” data portal of TheBureau Of Land And Resources Chengdu and choosing measures of acquiring datamodel.(2“)One Map” data portal could be rapidity constructed by analyzing several currentfrequently-used modeling methods,establishing strategy of fast modelling,coming up withsolutions of obtaining DEM via aerial photograph and gaining roof mapping via DOM.(3)Quality Analysis of three-dimensional model’s data.This thesis focuses on thethree-dimensional model’s data and researches the causes of quality problems.In thispaper,in order to guarantee the reliability and validity of three-dimensional model’sdata,qualitative hidden perils that might ever been are estimated and controled betweenproduction and processing.(4)According to the present level of development of the hardware,the quality ofthree-dimensional model can not achieve perfection,but it must be found a right balancebetween model accuracy and the amount of data,which both meet the core requirements ofthe planning and management and planning and design,and also brings thethree-dimensional model into service easily on existing computer platforms. So,theaccuracy of model is evaluated by three aspects,evaluates the model accuracy,reasonableness and vivildness,in this article.(5) Three-dimensional data has large data size and many data varieties as thecharacteristics,so well preparing for organizing and managing three-dimensional data isdirectly related to“One Map”data portal’s promotion and application in the futureconsolidated supervision.(6)With "primitive accumulation" stepwise accomplished and shareddemo,foundation geographical data’s updating has become the hot attention issue of langeusers.It shell prevent database from useless if data renew was got ready. So,this paperdiscusses the mechanism and process of3D model data update.(7)Platform application.Platform applications: Applying three-dimensional modelingand visualization technique to research “One Map” data portal of The Bureau Of LandAnd Resources Chengdu demonstrated that the system is valid and practicably,which alsoprovided a new way of visual analysis for supervision of land and resources.
