With the comprehensive national strength of our country increasing continuously, and the international status significantly improving,more and more people want to study Chinese in the world, formed a "Chinese hot". In order to meet the strong demand of the people of the world to learn Chinese, China has set up Confucius Institute and the Confucius Classroom in many countries and regions in the world, and sent professional Chinese teachers to teach Chinese as a second language and made the international promotion of Chinese language. But the teachers are still in short supply in many areas, thereby the websites of learning Chinese spanning spatio-temporal, emerge.After a long period of efforts, the websites of learning Chinese have made remarkable achievements in the construction of teaching resources, but there are still some problems and deficiencies, which need to be strengthened. This paper selects four websites domestic and overseas, compares and research from cultural resources, finally finds out the superiority and defect of the websites on the construction of cultural resources.then recommend the outstanding websites and cultural resources to the learners and teachers, in order to save their time for screening learning websites and teaching resources, improving the efficiency of teaching and learning; Aiming at the shortage of the construction of cultural resources of the websites, put forward constructive and feasible suggestions to promote the development of websites of learning Chinese faster and better.This paper includes five chapters:Chapter One is a preface introduction of the development status about websites of learning Chinese and classification of websites.Chapter Two reviews the theory educational psychology related to the website construction of learning Chinese.Chapter Three outlines present situation about cultural resources construction of websites of learning Chinese, and analyses four websites of learning Chinese domestic and foreign from the perspective of the construction of teaching resources..Chapter Four points out problems and shortages existing in the construction of cultural resources websites of learning Chinese on the basis of the above comparative analysis.Chapter Five is a conclusion. It summarizes all of chapters, and puts forward feasible suggestions in view of the problems of cultural resources construction.In the final, it points out the shortcomings of this paper.
