With the development of Internet technology and the increasing popularization of Chinese learning around the world, more and more people choose learning Chinese by the Internet. On the other hand, vocabulary is the building material of a language. It is an indispensable part of Chinese language teaching elements. Overseas students’grasp of Chinese in a large degree depends on their vocabulary level. So vocabulary teaching is a key content of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In order to promote the development of the establishment of web resources of Chinese teaching vocabulary and supply students and researchers with valid data, this research used literature research method, sampling survey method, comparative method and other methods to investigate.With the rapid development of Internet Education and the Chinese fever continues heating up the world, although Online Chinese learning started late, the related researches have gradually increased. Researches related to this paper mainly focus on network learning resources and Chinese as a foreign language vocabulary teaching, but for a particular language elements in network learning resources research is relatively less. This paper creatively combines the two and then on the guidance of the behaviorist learning theory, cognitive learning theory, constructivist learning theory and the input hypothesis selecting25samples from four aspects of resource:basic information, content of resources, teaching design, Interface design and technical support. Then each level indicators is divided into31secondary indicators. Surveys are based on these31inspection standard for each sample with a detailed data record. Finally, on the basis of investigation, this paper gives a conclusion on the existing problems in the current online Chinese vocabulary resources and put forward some exploratory suggestions.
