Objective:To explore the application effect of bundle care in the dysphoria patient of craniocerebral injury. Methods:Patients were selected between2012.1and2013.6in neurosurgery ward.A total of104cases of dysphoria patients in the neurosurgery unit,53patients were selected randomly as the bundle care group and51patients were selected randomly as the control group. The control group received conventional nursing. The bundle care group received the bundle intervention in addition. There is no statistical difference in age ratio of sex,Glasgow coma scale. The incidence rate of nursing adverse events、 the hospital length of stay、 hospitalization expenses was analyzed and compared between two groups. All data were analyzed by SPSS version17.0.Observed two groups of patients during hospitalization of nursing adverse events cases, patient satisfaction, hospital stay and cost of hospitalization. Compared these indicators. Results:The incidence rate of nursing adverse event in the bundle care group was9.4%, the control group was33.3%. The difference was statistically significant(x2=8.901, p<0.05).The satisfaction of patients or their families in the bundle care group was93.5%,the control group was88.7%.Comparing with the control group, the satisfaction of patients or their families were higher in the bundle care intervention group. The average value of hospital LOS in the bundle care group were14.26±0.646days,while the average value of hospitalization expenses were13467.75±685.66yuan.The average value of hospital LOS in the control group were17.57±0.57days,while the average value of hospitalization expenses were17792.88±644.83yuan.The hospital Length of stay(hospital LOS)、 hospitalization expenses(HE) of the bundle care group was lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (p<0.01).Conclusions:The bundle care in the dysphoria patient of craniocerebral injury can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nursing adverse events and is worthy of clinical application. In short, care bundles aim to ensure that all patients consistently receive the best care or treatment, all of the time.Bundles should act as a cohesive unit to ensure all steps of care are reliably delivered and this is adequately documented. In addition, the bundle approach should provide a consistent, measurable method to deliver quality improvement in this important aspect of health care. The implementation of a care bundle interventions into the patient care process has a number of advantages.Lastly, we did not assess the actual compliance rate among patients to the care bundle, though we estimate this to have been greater than90%.A care bundle identifies a set of key interventions from evidence-based guidelines that, when implemented, are expected to improve patient outcome.
