Research Status Of Zusanli Differentiation Point-injection For Chemotherapy-induced Nausea And Vomiting And Immune Function

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zusanli syndrome differentiationpoint-injection for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and immune function.Methods:90subjects with cancer were randomly divided into three groups:A、B and C30patients in the C group were administered with Zusanli syndrome differentiationpoint-injection combined with tropisetron,30in the B group point injection of sameamount of saline combined with tropisetron,30in the A group with tropisetron only.Comparison of three groups after chemotherapy in nausea and vomiting situation andthe change of T cell subset.Result:Zusanli syndrome differentiation point-injection can prevent and treat the nauseaand vomiting due to chemotherapy effectively,improve the body’s immune function.Conclusion:Chemotherapy alone can decrease the immune function.Zusanli syndromedifferentiation point-injection can prevent and treat the nausea and vomiting due tochemotherapy effectively,improve the body’s immune function. The plan was not foundhave obvious side effects during treatment. So the plan was a cheap, safe, and effectivemethod of traditional Chinese Medicine.
