Clinical Effect Observation Of Xiaochaihu And Haoqin-qingdan Decoction In Preventing Nausea And Vomiting Induced By Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xiaochaihu and Haoqin-qingdan Decoction in preventing nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy,to provide effective reference for clinical application.Methods:This design was a Clinical stochastic control experiment. Those40patients who met the inclusion criteria of lung cancer were randomly divided into1:1ratio according to treatment group and control group. All the patients were received chemotherapy in Lung Cancer.The control group were treated by5-HT Blockers on preventing the nausea and vomiting.The patient in the treatment group in were treated by5-HT Blockers and Xiaochaihu and Haoqin-qingdan Decoction(oral,150ml each time,twice a day) on preventing the nausea and vomiting. The effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:1、Comparison of the degree of nausea and vomiting,the first day of chemotherapy, treatment group has6patients appear nausea and vomiting,control group has10patients appear nausea and vomiting,and it’s serious than treatment group, T test showed P＞0.05. From2to7days, T test showed P＜0.05;The different in total effective rate between the two groups was significant(P＜0.05).The incidence and the degree of nausea and vomiting in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group.2、18cases were markedly effective in Treatment group, effective in2cases, control group,12cases had marked effect,8cases effectively.The effective of control nausea and vomiting in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05)3、Comparison the appetite of the two groups after chemotherapy, from the first day to the fouth day,diet completely normal proportion of treatment group were higher than control group,it had statistic difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaochaihu and Haoqin-qingdan Decoction with5-HT Blockers was better than5-HT Blockers on preventing the nausea and vomiting.It can more effectively improve with lung cancer chemotherapy induced nausea, delayed vomiting, and improve the appetite, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction induced by chemotherapy.This clinical study need to be further larger sample, multicenter, randomized study.
