Zusanli Point Injection The Salvia Prevention And Treatment Of Liver Fibrosis Rat Model Of Experimental Research

To explore the effect and mechanism of point injection of drug in hepatic fibrosis, Zusanli point injection of Dan-shen root(Radix Salriae Milthorrhizae)was applied to prevent point injection of normal Saline. The result shows that the method, comparing to muscular injection of Dan-shen root, point injection of normal Saline and oral taking of cogchigens, can effectively prevent Rat hepatic fibrosis emerging, and lower Rat serum HA, LVC , PC3, ALT content. In author's view, it might be a integrative action of needling, point and drug that point injection of Dan-shen played such a great role of preventing Rat hepatic fibrosis in our experiment. The mechanism of Zusanli point injection of Dan-shen root in preventing Rat hepatic fibrosis is, possibly, to lower liver cell degeneration, refrain inflammatory reaction, promote liver cell regeneration, improve micro-circulation ,protect liver cell ,and improve the immunological function of the body and liver function state ,strengthen functional activity of liver cell. It may also relate to improve collagenase activity of liver tissue, refrain synthesis of collagen in liver cells, promote collagen resolve.
