The second part, the authorsystematically collected and analyzed the typical cases of common gynecologicaldiseases and then summaried her dialectical thinking and regulation of using Chinesemedicine. Results: The first part, I tried to summary the academic thoughts of ProfessorZhan’s treatment on gynecological diseases, such as “emphasis on relationship betweenreading classics and clinical practiceâ€,“the liver for women is inborn essence, Qi andblood for women are material baseâ€,“benefiting the Chong meridian and Ren meridianâ€,“consideration to absorb clots and complementing yang†and “emphasis on regulatingcomprehensive physical condition, especially the emotionâ€.The second part, through analysing of seven typical cases of usual gynecologicaldiseases, the author found that the tutor was good at strengthening Spleen Qi andcomplementing the acquired essence to benefit the congenital essence during thetreatment of gynecological diseases. Strengthening Spleen Qi is based on the SIJUNZIformulation, adding Angelica, Salvia and Chuanxiong to nourish and promote blood, adding Rehmanniae radix, Radix scrophulariae and Liriope to nourish the body fluid, adding Gallus gallus, Malt and Coke Sansen to promote digestion, adding Amomum toremove dampness and strengthen Spleen Qi, adding Puhuang, Wulingzhi, Frankincense,Myrrh, Chuanxiong, Yuanhu and Leonurus to promote Qi and blood and relieve pain, adding Peach kernel, Safflower, Triangular and Zedoary to remove blood stasis, addingDodder, Ligustrum lucidum, Wolfberry fruit, White peony root and Chinese yam tonourish liver and kidney, adding Cyperus tuber, Curcuma, Chinaberry fruit andBupleurum to dredge Liver Qi and relieve pain, adding Moutan and Gardenia to removepathogenic heat from blood, adding Aconite, Dried ginger and Fennel to supplementyang to remove the cold. Conclusion: Professor Zhan treats the gynecological diseases on the view ofsupplementing Spleen Qi based on TCM theory. Through the analysis of clinical cases,I found that the tutor usually used SIJUNZI formulation adding the Astragalus tostrengthen Spleen Qi. Meanwhile, taking modern women’s characteristics consideration, the tutor considers it important to regulate the emotion in treatment of gynecologicaldiseases. The second part was the medical cases analysis, which reflected the tutor’sacademic views, on the other hand it was the reflection of the correctness of academicviews. |
