She convinced that clinicalwithout theoretical guidance is blind, not credible, only by constantly theory learningand summarized, and put into clinical trials again, Continuously verified, can deepenthe understanding and cognition theory, formed a set of complete academic system,guidance and Enlightenment of future generations.This study is divided into two parts: the first part, through the texts arrangement,cases analysis and other methods, to collate and comprehensive analysis clinicalacademic viewpoint and experience of Professor Zhan Libin;the second part, usingstatistical software and data mining software, comparative analysis on the drugtherapy of Professor Zhan Libin treating disease of malignant tumor, in order toconclude “use drug appropriate” regular pattern treat from the point of view ofsumming up.Objective:The first part, through the texts arrangement, cases analysis and othermethods, to collate and comprehensive analysis clinical academic viewpoint andexperience of Professor Zhan Libin;the second part, using data mining method offrequency, clustering, and Bayesian network, analyze Professor Zhan Libin’s treatment of malignant tumor, grasp its regularity, and provide methodologicalguidance for Chinese medicine analysis and experience of famous doctor excavation.Method:The first part, through the texts arrangement, cases analysis and othermethods sum up the main points of the text;the second part, collecting664cases ofProfessor ZhanLibin in treating malignant tumor’s prescriptions, using IBM SPSS20.0statistical software and Clementine12.0data mining software, utilize themethods of frequency, clustering and Bayesian network, analysing prescription anddiscuss the rule of medication using in Professor Zhan Libin’s treatment of malignanttumors.Results:The first part, summarize the clinical academic thoughts of professorZhan Libin, and select5cases,analysis professor Zhan Libin’s clinical experience; thesecond part,the frequency statistics analysis the prescriptions of Professor Zhan Libintreating malignant tumor in traditional Chinese medicine, found out that the numberof frequency drug>50%is11, including Astragalus, Poria cocos, Radix Codonopsis,Spreading hedyotis herb, Angelica, Lobelia, Tangerine peel, Licorice root, Whiteatractylodes rhizome,Herba scutellariae barbatae,Pseudobulbus cremastrae seupleiones; the number of frequency drug>20%is34, the number of frequency drug>10%is57. Statistical analysis of the classified situation, display prescriptionincluded mainly in the tonic and clearing away heat and toxic material drugs,followed by Liqi, Xiaoshi, diuresis Shenshi, and Huoxue analgesic drugs; clusterstatistics analysis34kinds of frequency drugs>20%, reveal5groups, reflect thetreatment of Professor Zhan Libin as the Fuzheng anticancer, nourishing yin andblood, regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach, appease neural system andimprove sleeping; root as Astragalus, using Bayesian network analysis the34kinds ofhigh-frequency drugs>20%, conclude the main party: Astragalus, Radix Codonopsis,Poria cocos, Prepared rehmannia root, Ophiopogon japonicus, angelica, Chuanxiong,Donkey-hide gelatin, Bitter orange, White atractylodes rhizome(Atractylodesrhizome), Stir-fried medicated leaven, Hedyotis diffusa, Lobelia, Eucommia bark,Licorice root; as the target of operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy respectively，using Bayesian network analysis frequency drugs>10%, reflect the regularity and theadvantage of Professor Zhan Libin combined with traditional Chinese medicine andoperation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors from themacroscopic view.
