The academic thoughts and experience of famous old doctor is valuabl asset to traditional Chinese medicine. Inheritance, mining and the spread of the academic thinking of famouse old doctors of traditional Chinese medicine is an important way to accelerate the development and innovation of TCM. Professor guang ding wang during his forty-seven years of clinical work has accumulated the generous experiences and formed many his own Particular thoughts. This research is to comprehensive summary academic thoughts and clinical experiences of Professor guang ding wang and his obtained Professor wang. This research call enrich the TCM’ streasure house and it has the instruction significance to raise the talented doctors of TCM.This thesis mainly divided into three major contents. The first Part is to research the Academic origin of wang guang ding TCM dermatology. The theory and Practice of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion cumulated before the song ang ming dynasty and developed during the song and ming dynasties. TCM surgery has three main academie schools which Produced in cong and ming dynasties. TCM dermatology achievements during the song and ming dynasties are the most important source of wang guang ding TCM dermatology academie thoughts. Professor wang inherited its essence and had much innovation. He formed his unique style of acupuncture and moxibustionThe second seetion of the thesis to researchand summarize the academic thoughts of wang guang ding dermatology. From four aspects diseussed wang guang ding Academie thoughts characteristie.Professor wang usually uses the categorieal identification interms of internal Organs, Channels to find out what the mainly Problemsare. Advocanted combine of acupuncture and moxibustion;use his balance strengthening and reducing needingand the clinical effect of warming, ect. And to treat the diseases base on the Principle of reatment as arms as harmony, flexibly appling methods of routine treatment and treatment contrary To the routine, harmonizing yin and yang, regulating Zang and fu organs function, Regulating Qi and blood, harmonizing ying and weisystem, regulating Qi activity, Dredging meridians; Attaches importance to function of middle-jiao, taking as the Point of spleen and stomach to treat many diseases, under the medieal treatment, Professor wang attachs importance to the Acupuneture technique, and to uses his balance strengthening and reducing needing, for example fire needle, cupping and so on to get better curative effect.In the third Part of this thesis to study the characteristies of treatments and formulas.Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effects of combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine in treating cerebral infarction. Methods90cases were randomly divided into three groups:combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine group (n=30), acupuncture group (n=30)and convention acupuncture group(n=30). Their therapeutic effects were compared by evaluating the recovery degree of consciousness, speech and motor function. Blood fat. etc. were observed before and after treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate was89.9%in the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine group,83.4%in the Chinese medicine group and76.7%in the acupuncture group,(P<0.05). Changes of these targets in the combination of acupuncture and acupuncture group have more significant difference than that in the convention acupuncture group and the acupuncture group (P<0.05).
