objective: With the rapidly econmic development of modern life,more and more changes has taken place in pepole's life.Those changes are both opportunities and challenges.Well some of them can't well adapt to those challenges.So that people suffer a lot of psychosomatic disease.This Psychosomatic disease could play a great harm for individuals' functional Status.Not only affect quality of life,but also increase the difficulty of other disease's treatment.biological-psychological-medical model has made the modern medical has a profound understanding of psychosomatic diseases,and now have more and more treatment method.However,the psychosomatic diseases have a high recurrent,diffcult to cure,easy to resurgence or relapse,Therefore can we get a safe and effective treatment for patients from old experts in chinese medicine has important clinical significance.Traditional chinese medicine consideres this disease as yu and yu comorbidity.With the help of attention to traditional chinese medical books,and medical practice about some diffcult diseases,Professor libin zhan have accumulated very profound thoretical knowlege and abundant clinnical experience,and gradually form her own academic thoughts and clinical treatment characteristics.The author systematically collected the clinical cases from 2013 to 2015 to summarize the academic experience,dialectical thinking and regulation of using chinese medicine of professor libin zhan on yu and yu comorbidity.By means of traditional chinese medicine to look for new breakthrough for the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic disease.It has important significance to inherit academic thoughts of old experts in chinese medicine and guide the clinic of Yu and Yu Comorbidity to traditional chinese medicine.Methods: This research mainly used two methods:collecting medical records and related documents.organizing medical records and related documents.The first part :summarized the academic experience of professor libin zhan's treatments from theory to practice by attending courses,following the outpatients,tutor‘s careful clinical teaching.The second part:the author analyed professor libin zhan's clinical experience for some typical case of Yu Comorbidity to traditional chinese medicine diseases,such as Yu Comorbidity of gynaecology,irritable bowel syndrome,hyperlipidemia.,and then summaried her dialectical thinking and regulation of using chinese medicine.The third part :listed 3 typical cases treated about the Yu about hiccup,Yu Comorbidity about irregular menstruation and pharyngeal neurosis.Result: The first part,i tried to summary the academic thoughts of professor libin zhan's treatment on yu to traditional chinese medicine.such as “from the angle of TCM physical theory,to discuss the population susceptibility”,”from the angle of integration of body and spirit,to discuss yu and viscera”,”form the angle of gan and pi of TCM,to discuss the treatment of yu ”.The second and third parts:summarized professor libin zhan's clinical experience about some common diseases like Yu Comorbidity of gynaecology,irritable bowel syndrome,hyperlipidemia.and choose typical cases in advanced analysis.Conclusions:Professor libin zhan has devoted herself to study a lot of traditional chinese medical books,continuous learning and innovation.with the increasing pressure in modern social work and study,professor libin zhan advocate that we should make more efforts to help patients regulate mood.She has accumulated abundant understanding and threatment exprience,formed a unique treatment process,and achieve great curative effect.professor libin zhan's academic thought and experience has provide a new thought and new means for the threatment about psychosomatic disease.The second and third part in this paper also reflected the tutor's academic's view,on the other hand it was the reflection of the correctness of academic view.
