The Summarization Of Professor Zhan's Academic Thoughts And Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of The Co-patients Between Type 2 Diabetes And Cancers

Objective: In recent years,with the incidence of type 2 diabetes and malignant tumors increased year by year,many of which are the two co-patients,professor Zhan attached great importance to do a lot of relevance clinical research,as a result,the tutor came up with four classic thinking categories in the treatment of the co-patients between T2 DM and tumors,which is "emphasizing on the TCM classic and attaching the clinical","pay attention to spleen in treatment","according to physical characteristics to define therapies","treatment before the illness and living with tumor survival".In this study,I collected the outpatient medical cases of the co-patients between type 2 diabetes mellitus and malignancy comorbidities(type 2 diabetes mellitus first episode)in 2008-2016,analyzed the common types of tumors,summarized the classic thinking and clinical treatment rules in the therapy of the co-patients between type 2 diabetes mellitus and different types of tumors.As the lack of relative clinical research inland,this study will raise valuable guidance and reference in this field.Methods: The study is divided into two parts: In one part,I summed up professor Zhan's experience in the treatment of the co-patients between type 2 diabetes mellitus and tumors,during the three years' learning with her;In another part,I summarized the mentor's drug using rules and analyzed the medical case experiences,in which,I listed the most important 15 pairs of drugs and 4 typical examples,including type 2 diabetes and colorectal cancer co-disease,type 2 diabetes and cervical cancer co-disease,type 2 diabetes and endometrial cancer comorbid,and type 2 diabetes and breast cancer comorbidities.Beyond that,I introduced the basic formulas and the doses of vital drugs in detail.Results: In the first part,this research summed up the four academic thinking of professor Zhan's in treating co-patients between type 2 diabetes mellitus and tumors,indicating "emphasizing on the TCM classic and attaching the clinical","pay attention to spleen in treatment","according to physical characteristics to define therapies","treatment before the illness and living with tumor survival".In the second part,I surveyed modern multiple tumor types,such as colon cancer,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer,breast cancer and so on,as same as my tutor's outpatient medical records about the two co-patients,that TCM and colon cancer co-disease,TCM and cervical cancer co-disease,TCM and endometrial cancer co-disease,TCM and breast cancer co-disease,and summed up relative drug using and clinical experience.Conclusion: During her clinical period,professor zhan paid most attention to spleen,commobly put Sijunzitang or Shenlingbaizhu powder into use to support the function of spleen,considering that "the evil of the Minato,the Qi will be virtual," and cancers secondary to type 2 diabetes mellitus,almost possesses the pathological basis as T2 DM.Professor Zhan recommends that with the fundamental as Qi and Yin deficiency,in the course of treatment of the two co-patients,the guiding principle,"Qi and spleen,righting Quxie",should be confirmed,the crucial targeted therapy in "virtual,phlegm,blood stasis,fire" should be remembered,righteousness wasting,the nuclear pathomechanism,inability to Yu evil,phlegm,blood stasis,fire stagnation of each knot,should be emphasized.In addition,The two co-patients,a persistent disease,with poor prognosis,will have a greatly alleviated quality,especially after radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment.So that,the TCM classic thought,"treat before disease",and the thought of tumor survival should be consistent to the end,which will do help to control the progress,improve its recovery,maximize the quality of life of patients,and extend the patient's life.
