Research BackgroundThe new medical reform and the reform of public hospitals on the developmentof the hospital have a new requirement: public hospitals to large integrated hospitaldevelopment, grassroots development to the general hospital of General Hospital, andtrain clinicians on the development and utilization of the hospital has a certain role.However, the clinician training model used in our country now, there are someproblems that need to be optimized and improved. And this article from thecompetence point of view, to explore the relevant clinician training modeoptimization problems.Research ObjectivesThrough the S status of the province clinician training mode research, combinedwith the competence of the theory of training mode S Province clinicians to optimizeand improve.MethodsIn this paper, S Province clinician training model for the study, theoreticalresearch and empirical investigation program combining study.(1) Literature research(2) Questionnaire: The questionnaires were distributed and450were returned422valid questionnaires, the effective rate of93.78%.(3) Interviews: Focus group interviews. (4) Statistical: Use rate, proportion describe the basic characteristics of thesurvey; analyze the importance of using the average number of the competence ofclinicians in different populations and to the extent of the investigation; differenceswith rank sum test analysis processing section dimensions between different surveys.Results(1) S clinicians on competency importance ranking: basic clinical ability, teamcooperation ability, and the doctor occupation spirit and quality in the top three,ability, basic public health service information and management ability, researchability and the last three, and in the investigation of different people, different levels,different working time the difference, in which there are91.5%of working time inthe five years following the clinicians to team ability in the first place.(2) The optimization tips of Clinician training model in S province:①Stage ofbasic medical education at school: Students as the main body, control the quantity andquality of medical students, enrich teaching methods and content and strengthen thesupervision and management for internship;②Stage of medical education aftergraduation: Hospitals as the main body, establish policy system, improve relatedmanagement system and supporting policies, strengthen the construction of trainingbase, enhance the training capacity and innovative training model;③Stage ofcontinuing education: Hospitals as the main part and medical college and othertraining institutions as the auxiliary part of mutual cooperation, reasonablearrangements for training programs and courses.Innovative pointsFor the present study the competence of the model are concentrated on nursingjobs, is still relatively small study of clinicians positions; while the direction ofclinician training model from the traditional knowledge-based training to quality andability-based training development and transformation. Therefore, under this premiseto explore clinician training mode to optimize the competence-based, the paper has acertain degree of innovation. I hope that through this research, the training model of our clinicians to provide reference.
