BackgroundWith the development of social economy, the nursing profession has not auxiliary, women’s professional, and gradually developed into a integrated application discipline that is the union between science and art to combine, nursing need men to join. Due to the transition of the traditional employment model, at present, the development of the nursing students’ present diversified trend, and employment of male nursing students separated from the social demand, most of male nursing students do not want to be engaged in the nursing work after graduation, caused the shortage of clinical male nurse resources. The view of employment has a crucial role in choosing occupation, so, how to guide male nursing students to establish view of employment is the key to solve the difficulty of seeking for job. The study on the male nursing students’ view of employment is important.ObjectiveTo investigate the actuality of male nursing students’ view of employment and its effective factors in Anhui Province’ four medical schools. Based on this study, some measures are put forward to guiding the male nursing students to establish the correct view of employment, hope to provide certain reference information for raising the employment rate of male nursing students, improving the quality and efficiency of employment services.Materials and MethodsWith all full-time undergraduate male nursing student as the object, this paper investigates the basic demographic data and the actuality view of employment and related problems of male nursing students by means of questionnaires, organizes the professional thinking condition of male nursing students based on literature review. All the date put into the software of SPSS17.0to analyse and the statistic methods are One-way ANOVA,T-test and multi-factor analysis.Main ResultsView from the whole, male nursing students’view of employment exist significant differences in different schools, different grades, different college entrance will and whether singleton or not; there is no significant difference in different origin of students, different average household monthly income, different parental vocation and different education level of father. Professional ideals:44.9%of male nursing students to prepare the first choice is to find a job after graduation,46%of male nursing students choose employment to coastal cities,6.3%of male nursing students would like to state are in urgent need of talents in the western region of employment;84.7%of male nursing students tertiary hospitals as the preferred employment; Nearly90%of male nursing students demand for salary is3000yuan of above. The way of choosing a professional:53.3%of male nursing students looking for a job through job fairs. Professional cognition: the determinants of job hunting,"experience" is to choose the most, accounting for38.7%; For the main competition in the employment process, choose the most is "comprehensive quality", accounted for38.3%; For the problems in choosing a career, choose the most were "the job market is not standard, on the strength of the relationship, the unfair competition phenomenon such as" back door "severe", accounted for38.7%. Professional values:67%of male nursing students think the status of nurses is lower than the doctor’s status;56.4%of male nursing students think they don’t willing to engage in nursing major effect comes from the social prejudice; Influence of male nursing students’ emotional factors in the top three is own education, the influence of family and lover, Accounted for34.8%,34.8and34.8%respectively; About90%of male nursing students choose the professional nursing is not voluntary; About50%of male nursing students often feel lonely and helpless; More than70%of male nursing students thought that professional adjustment. The demand for employment guidance:more than60of male nursing students think should open when I was in junior employment guidance; Only30%of the male nursing students for the requirements of the school career guidance "release" occupational demand information, more and more types of employment guidance for; Employment guidance problems,in top three, are the analysis and research of the school on the job market to change is inadequate, employment instruction work is not yet fully appreciated by the school, the school employment guidance and students lack of communication.Conclusion (1)profession target is specific, entrepreneurial consciousness is outstanding, high expectations (2) the choosing profession motive is reality, the subjective consciousness is palpable, the competitiveness is increasing.(3) competitive way of choosing a career is rich, the flow of consciousness is improvement, the honesty is decline (4) the career cognition is immaturity, self-knowledge is rationally, environment cognitive is biases (5) Professional values is conflict, the value orientation is utilitarian, employment psychology is rational.Countermeasures and Suggestion(1) male nursing students should be self-adjustment to fully mobilize their own initiative, must set up a Sublime Professional ideal, establish a scientific Professional cognitive, and the consciousness of lifelong education, cultivate the innovative consciousness of employment;(2) Establishing the Key Position and Enhancing the Principal Role of colleges in Higher Education, attaches great importance to the values education, guide the male nursing students set up the correct employment orientation; Strengthen the discipline construction, adjust the personnel training mode, deepening teaching reform, optimize the practice scheme, pay attention to humanistic education, improve students’ comprehensive quality; Make full use of network resources, in view of the students needs, strengthening employment services.
