Objective:Through investigating the employment situation of male nursing graduates, this dissertation is designed to discover the loss situation of male undergraduate when they graduate and after taking part in job. Besides, the dissertation try to reveal the influence factors of loss above. In the end, some countermeasures are put forward to reduce the loss of the undergraduate male nurse, aiming better to meet the enormous social demand.Methods:1、Questionnaire survey:cluster sampling of Shanxi Medical University from 2002 to2010 male nursing graduates 112 as the research object, the contents of the questionnaire include basic information, employment status, nursing professional identity, job satisfaction, turnover intention, the other five parts, questionnaire collecting mode is mainly micro channel, and to assist the QQ, telephone, on-site distribution of questionnaires and other methods.2 、 In-depth interview:according to the results of questionnaire survey, with the purpose of sampling respectively from the two ways of drain the selected seven graduates interview. Interviews include:(1) you study nursing for what consideration?(2) your graduate career when considering what?(needle for graduates of undergraduate graduation loss interview outline);(1) your undergraduate choices after graduation engaged in clinical nursing work is for what consideration?(2) when you left for what consideration?(for work after the loss of graduates interview outline), interviews mainly by telephone interview, interview to make an appointment interview time, data collection by recording and recording phase Combination. Using interpretative phenomenological method was used to analyze the data, through introspection, comparison, deduction refiningV undergraduate male nurses erosion influence factors.Results:1 The questionnaire results:1.1 should be issued 112 questionnaires, the actual issue and take back 108 questionnaires, effective recovery rate was 96.43%.1.2 graduate 66.67% of graduates in clinical nursing jobs, turnover rate reached33.33%.1.3 when undergraduate course graduation clinical nursing group and non clinical nursing working group during the one-child, bachelor of politics, whether as a student cadre during undergraduate course, training hospital, the comparison of the entrance way,chi-square test, the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P<0.05).1.4 when undergraduate course graduation clinical nursing group and non clinical nursing during the period of undergraduate’s love in the nursing of the working party,chi-square test, results show that the difference was statistically significant(P= 0.009).1.5 when undergraduate course graduation clinical nursing working group and the working group on clinical nursing care professional score comparison, esteemed line independent sample test, results show that the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).1.6 in current employment whereabouts, engaged in clinical nursing working group from 66.67% to 66.67%, the proportion of the turnover rate from 33.33% to 33.33%.1.7 Jobs to 1.7 current clinical nursing team and the working group on clinical nursing work satisfaction score comparison of independent sample test, results show that the difference was statistically significant(P= 0.001).1.8 Employment to 1.8 current clinical nursing team and the working group on clinical nursing job satisfaction dimensions score comparison, independent sample test, the results displayed in the work environment satisfaction, pay satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, the competent leadership satisfaction four dimensions difference wasstatistically significant(P< 0.05).1.9 Current employment whereabouts, clinical nursing working group turnover intention was 16.27±3.22 points.1.10 Employment to 1.10 current clinical nursing work satisfaction of the working group on the impact of each dimension on their turnover intention, according to the results of regression analysis work environment satisfaction scores, work colleagues satisfaction scores compared with turnover intention score difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).2. In-depth interview results:2.1 the interpretive phenomenology method is analyzed, the result of the loss of undergraduate course graduate with interviews, extracting the incentive(job prospects, a lack of understanding, liberal arts, restudy pressure) and career consideration(personal interest, internship, employment situation), the traditional concept of two themes.2.2 using the method of interpretive phenomenology analysis of job loss after the interview results, extracting Chu Ru Yuan motivation(’ conformity, forced), nursing work itself)(working strength, social status, personal working experience(the traditional,self-worth), external opportunities to choose(employment opportunities, the hospital arrangements) four themes.Conclusions:According to questionnaire and in-depth interview, can we find that the degree of love,professional identity, incentive and career consideration play as the key influence factors on the loss of male nurse.In combination with the results of the questionnaire and in-depth interview, it can be seen in hospital motivation, nursing work itself, personal working experience and the opportunity to choose is undergraduate course the influence factors of male nurse job loss,and the job satisfaction of clinical nursing working group is markedly lower than the working group on clinical nursing, and turnover intention is significantly higher than the working group on clinical nursing.In terms to the influence factors on the loss of male nurses in two ways, there are not only similarities but also some differences, and the later is bigger.Therefor, it is necessary to take different measures according to different situation to reduce the rate of loss among undergraduate male nurse.Only can we better meet the needs of our society.
