The Research On Medical Colleg Students’ Grasroots Employment View Of Inner Mongolia

The transition of China’s higher education to popular education mode, has casued theincrease of college graduates and increasingly serious situation.The employment of universitystudentshas becomea focus in thecountry. Butfrom the point oftotaltalent supply and demand,college graduates are far from “absolute surplus”. The key reason lies in the structuralimbalances for talent allocation, caused by the dislocation bewteen employment intention andsocial demand. In order to ensure the quality of college students’ employment, the govermenthas put forward to the grass-roots employment, and issued a series of policies encouragingand guiding college students to the west, to the villages and self-employment.With the strategicadjustment of economic structure, the construction of new socialist rural areas, theimplementation of the scheme of new health reform, the comprehensive development of newrural cooperative medical care system and urban residents’ medical security system, medicalgraduates’grass-rootsemploymenthasbecometheneeds oftheeraand themarket.However, the Enthusiasm of current college students’ employment at the grass-roots levelis still not high, and this is largely affected by lagging employment concept.Therefore, weshould strengthen the basic education, help them to establish a scientific, reasonable, long-termoutlook, and guide and encourage them to go to the grass-roots where the motherland needthem most, so that they can make the best of their subject advantages to realize their greatersocial value,and this will promote the virtuous cycle of higher education and the healthydevelopment of social economy, solvng the difficult problem of university students’employment.The thesis aims to accurately grasp the current status of medical students graduates’employment at the grass-roots level in our country, the basic characteristics and existingproblems of grass-root employment. The objective and subjective reasons influencing medicalstudents’ basic employment are analyzed in depth to seek an effective way for medicalstudents’ grass-root employment. the thought and countermeasure promoting medical students’employment are discussed to help medical studentsestablish correct outlook of employmentwhich is based on industry, profession, and take root at the grass-roots level, achieving maximum value of life. In this way it can promote healthy and stable development of societyand helpto sovlethedifficult socialproblem ofuniversitystudents’employment.With the basic research method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, andother methods such as: literature, empirical data collection, the organic combination oftheoretical research and on-the-spot investigation, the questionnaire survey, statistical analysisetc., the status quo and the main problems of the medical college students’employment in InnerMongolia have been analyzed as follows: ignoring the national and social development needsand the responsibility; employment with materialistic orientation and lack of spiritual pursuit;lack of the arduous struggle spirit and awareness of grass-roots service; incorrect positioningand high employment expectations. On the basis on collecting, sorting the researchachievements, the reasons are explored from the society, the public opinion, family, college anduniversity students themselves. The path and countermeasures targeting the existing problemsare put forward as follows: creating a good social environment to lay a solid foundation forcorrect employment outlook; strengthening the parents’ education to guarantee scientificemployment outlook; stressing the main role of colleges fostering college students scientificemploymentoutlook andenhancingcollegestudents’self education andself-adjustment.In a word, the cultivation of college students’ grass-roots employment is a long-termsystematic project, which needs the combined efforts of state, society, media, school, family.They should support the graduates employment at the grass-roots level with the formation of theideological and political education, and help students adapt to the development of the societyand combine the personal benifits with the country’s long-term interest, the material and thespiritual benfits, so as to realize personal dream and the Chin immediate and long-term interests,material and spirit, realize person, use personal dreams and China dream of wealth, democracy,civilizationandharmony.
