The Clinical Effect Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding On Female Facial Acne Based On Menstrual Cycle Stages

ObjectiveTreated female facial acne by acupoint catgut embedding in the three menstrual cycle stages,and observed immediate and long-term curative effect in different cycles.MethodsMethods160acne patients in childbearing period were randomized divided into three groups according to the menstruation periodic, among them,40cases in follicular phase group,,40cases in luteal phase group,,40cases in ovulation group, and the others were served as control group treating by Tanshinone.Three groups of buried quad respectively in patients with the corresponding menstrual cycle in staging acupoint catgut embedding therapy, three groups all choose:guan yuan, san yin jiao,zu san li, qu chi and gan shu, once a month. Control group choose oral tanshinone capsule, three times a day, four pieces at a time.Treatment of three menstrual cycle is1treatment course, save the patient’s information in the process of research (local and systemic symptom scores, the basal body temperature records, photos).According to the patients before treatment and treatment period of4,8,12weeks and3months after treatment the curative effect of local lesion index and efficiency, at the same time observation and the remission rate of effective statistical processing of each group, the last of the four groups of recent (treatment period3months) and compare the curative effect of long-term (3months after treatment).Results①In the early stage of the treatment (4weeks) before the tanshinone control group in the treatment of skin rash efficiency is higher than other treatment group. But at the end of the late treatment (week12) and3months after treatment, luteal phase catgut embedding group for the treatment of skin rash and consolidate the significant efficiency is significantly higher than the other groups, and all have statistical significance. While the other three groups show no significant statistical significance between efficiency (p<0.05).②From burying line three groups and tanshinone controls three treatment cycles for remission rate and disorders after ways, buried luteal phase winding in menstrual cramps, blood clots, and menstrual quantity is little response rate were higher than the other three groups, and ovulation in premenstrual breast pain remission rate is higher than other groups. And had statistical significance (P<0.05).③follicular phase group, ovulation group, luteal phase group and tanshinone control adverse reaction rate were12.5%,12.5%,15%and17.5%respectively. Embedded wire three groups of adverse reaction rate is slightly lower than the control group, but no statistical significance (P>0.05).ConclusionIn luteal phase points embedded wire female face acne treatment effect is better, but also for certificate and also to have certain mitigation and improvement. And the side effect is relatively small.
