Clinical Evaluation Of Acne Vulgar Is Treated By Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined With Back Scraping

Objective: To observe the acupoint catgut embedding combined with Back Scraping and Western medicine treatment of two common treatments for treating acne vulgaris,comparing the difference follow-up in relapse rate.in order to provide new treatment options for the treatment of acne vulgaris,and to maximize the quality of life of patients and study by the acupoint catgut embedding combined with back scraping therapy in clinical practice.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely,from the catgut embedding combined with Back Scraping group(the treatment group)and western medicine group(the control group)).Since treatment group once every one week,the control group weianzhi capsule 50 mg oral thrice daily;two groups are four weeks for a course of treatment.After 4and 8 week of treatment,observed and recorded the basic situation,compare two groups of treatment effect and the change of the quality of life scale.After three months follow-up observations and relevant indicators to detect,analyzed by spass17.0 system software.Results :Two groups of patients of sex,age,duration and severity of acne wasno significant difference(P > 0.05),can comparable.since acupoint catgut embedding combined with back scraping therapy dose-effect relationship on acne,with the increase in the number of treatment efficacy gradually accumulate after eight weeks;and compared with the concrol group,acupoint catgut embedding combined with back scraping therapy improve the degree of skin lesion in patients with acne,reduce the occurrence of acne number and improve the quality of life were statistically significant(P < 0.05);since acupoint catgut embedding combined with back scraping can improve the extent of lesions in patients with acne,reduce the relapse rate in patients with acne,with better long-term outcome,and no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding Combined with Back Scraping can reduce the severity of skin lesions of patients with acne,improve the quality of life of patients with acne,and can greatly reduce the relapse rate in patients with acne.This is suitable for clinical application.
