The Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Acupoint Catgut-embedding Therapy For Treatment Of Chong And Ren Disorder Type Acne

Objective:To compare aupuint catgut-embedding therapy in the treatment of female acne caused by dysfunction of chong and ren channels,compare the differences between aupuint catgut-embedding therapy and ordinary acupuncture,consequently presenting a new theoretical base for treating such acne in clinical practice.Method: Divide fifty-six patients into two groups evenly at random,for aupuint catgut-embedding treatment group and ordinary acupuncture group.Compare the skin lesion scores and symptom scores of the two groups.26 cases were completed in treatmentwith 2 abscission and 25 cases with 3 in control.Result:Compare the pretreatment and post-treatment skin lesion scores and symptom scores of the two groups(intra-group comparison P<0.05).The results show that both aupuint catgut-embedding treatment and acupuncture treatment can improve skin lesion and relieve clinical symptoms.In the improvement of the GAGS integral,88.46 percent are effective in treatment,and 84.00 percent in control(inter-group comparison P>0.05).There is no statistical significance.It is,therefore,shown that both aupuint catgut-embedding treatment and acupuncture treatment are effective.In the improvement of the clinical symptoms,96.15 percent are effective in treatment,and 88.00 percent in control(inter-group comparison P>0.05).There is no statistical significance.It is,therefore,shown that both aupuint catgut-embedding treatment and acupuncture treatment are effective.Conclusion: Aupuint catgut-embedding therapy can improve skin lesion and relieve symptoms,which is,thus,worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
