| Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency and safety of promoting wounds healing after operation of mixed hemorrhoid with Modified Bixie Shenshi Decoction fumigation.Method:90patients of mixed hemorrhoid,who met the inclusion criteria,according to admission time and random number table,were divided into A, B, C three groups, with30cases in each group underwent Mixed hemorrhoid external strip in operation.On the basis of giving the same conventional treatment to the three groups,group A was set as treatment group (Modified Bixie Shenshi Decoction fumigation Jiu Huagao dressing),group B as the control group Ⅰ (Potassium permanganate fumigation Jiu Huagao dressing),group C as the control group Ⅱ(Jiu Huagao dressing), with Course of two weeks.In the postoperation first,third,fifth,seventh days,to observe the pain, edema,granulation tissue of3groups.Observed the wound area of the three groups in the fifth,seventh and tenth days after operation and calculated the wound healing rate.After14days of operation to evaluate the overall curative effect and to pursue patient statistics untill wound healing. Judge the safety according to the severity of adverse reactions in the course of the test.Results:90patients is off case,every group have no significant difference (P>0.05).Treatment group with pain,edema,wound exudate in the third,fifth days after operation is better than the control group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the third,fifth days after operation,the treatment group with the growth of granulation is better than the control group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After seven,ten days of operation defecation is statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group with wound area is lower than the control group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ;After seven,ten days of operation defecation is statistically significant (P<0.05),treatment group with healing rate is better than the control group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ;The treatment group,the control group Ⅰ,control group Ⅱ of the average wound healing time are (11.60±1.97) days,(13.93±1.83) days,(13.73±2.29) days, the wound healing time of treatment group is the shortest After14days the total cure rates of treatment group,the treatment group compared with control group Ⅰ,control group Ⅱ respectively is significant difference (P<0.05),and the total cure rates of treatment group,control group1,control group2are93.10%,82.76%,76.67%.Conclusion:Modified Bixie Shenshi Decoction has clearing heat and dampness,invigorate the circulation of qi and the effect of acetanilide detumescence,the external use of fumigation medicine which is took in the treatment of after operation of mixed hemorrhoid can significantly improve postoperative wound pain,edema,exudate,encourage granulation growth,shorten the time of wound healing,promote wound healing and found no adverse reactions,is a safe and effective topical fumigation prescription. |
