Bixie Shenshi Decoction To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Combined Shengjiointment Improve Venous Ulcer Wound Exudate

Objective:Observation of Bixie Shenshi decoction combined with Shengji ointment by improving venous ulcer wound exudate and the healing effect.Methods:From May 2015 to November 2016,Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province,Chinese medicine practitioners in patients with lower extremity venous ulcer patients,through the use of digital table method will be randomly divided into two groups of patients,The control group treated with conventional method with raw ointment treatment,the treatment group on the basis,taking Bixie wet soup.Comparison of the two groups of patients with ulcer wound healing changes.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group was 73.33%,the total efficiency was about 96.67%,and the cure rate of the control group was 46.67%,the total effective rate was 80%.Can be seen by the above data,the cure rate of cure group was obviously higher than the control group cure rate,use raw muscle cream dressing,and taking Bixie moisture penetration soup has a great effect in patients with lower extremity venous ulcer(P<0.05).2.The two groups after treatment,wound exudate,wound exudate,the color of wound exudate smell and wound exudate basic factor,material properties and inflammation of the wound area and the antibacterial effect compared with before treatment were improved(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through routine surgery + raw ointment treatment on the basis of using Bi Xie moisture penetration of soup can effectively improve the lower limb vein ulcer drainage properties,the color,drainage of the wound drainage smell,the nature of the exudate of the wound and the wound area,at the same time also can reduce inflammatory factor,bacteriostasis,better treatment efficiency is higher.
