Shengjisan For External Use Promote Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Wound Healing Of Clinical Research

Objective: This study mainly through observation and analysis of clinical trial Shengjisan for external use to promote the clinical curative effect of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wounds,and to explore its mechanism of promote the wound healing.Methods: In April 2016 to February 2017 during this period,random find 60 hospitalized patients in henan province Chinese medicine hospital anus bowel division.29 cases of female patients,31 cases of male patients,limit between the ages of 18 and 65.All selected patients using the random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Two groups of patients were in waist hard joint anesthesia downlink mixed hemorrhoid circumscribed within the firm.Treatment group wounds after disinfection will Shengjisan evenly on the sliver and apply cover the wound,sterile gauze apply,tape fixed;The control group wounds after disinfection only apply cover the wound with the petrolatum sliver,sterile gauze apply,tape fixed.The others treatment is same between the two groups.Observe two groups of patients with postoperative 3,7,13 and 18 days of wound pain,edema,granulation,wound healing time and wound healing rate and other indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Use SPSS19.0 statistical software analysis results.Results: Using t test to compare two groups in age,course of the disease,patients with wound is the area of the original indifference,using 2 test to compare the sex of the two groups,there are no significant differences(P>0.05),shows that two groups of general data comparable.In the 3 and 7 days after surgery by comparing the analysis of two groups of patients with pain score,results show that in the two groups statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no significant differences between 13 and 18 days(P>0.05).In the 3 and 7 days after surgery by comparing the analysis of two groups of patients with wounds edema circumstance score,results show that in the two groups statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no significant differences between 13 and 18 days(P>0.05).In the3,7,13,18 days after surgery by comparing the analysis of two groups of patients with granulation score,results show that in the two groups statistically significant(P<0.05);In the 3 day after surgery by comparing the analysis of two groups of patients with wound healing rate score,results show that in the two groups statistically significant(P>0.05),there were no significant differences between 7,13 and 18 days(P<0.05);Results two groups of patients with wound healing time for treatment group,on average,(22.30± 2.28)days,compared to control group on average(25.27±1.79)days,two groups of patients in the comparison of the average wound healing time was statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shengjisan cover the mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound can be improved through local blood circulation,relieve wound pain,edema,promote the growth of granulation tissue,and thus accelerate the postoperative wound healing,shorten the healing time.In the process of clinical application of simple operation and low cost,and no significant side effects and allergic reactions,is worth promoting.
