| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Seven leaf lotion on anal wound pain,wound edge edema and wound healing after hemorrhoid operation,and to explore the mechanism of seven leaf lotion in promoting wound healing by the effect of VEGF,CD68 and other cytokines in granulation tissue.Methods: According to the cases,92 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into Seven leaf lotion group 46 cases and 46 cases of Jin Xuan Zhi Ke fuming powder control group.The treatment group was treated with Seven leaf lotion,the control group was treated with Jin Xuan Zhi Ke fuming powder.postoperative treatment for observing aging and symptoms of wound pain,swelling,and wound healing.postoperative treatment 7 days according to randomly select.Seven leaf wash lotion in the treatment group 20 cases,20 cases in the control group,fetch anal rear granulation tissue for routine pathological examination,after 7 days,observe the growth of granulation tissue and 20 cases were randomly selected for Seven leaf lotion group and 20 cases of Jin Xuan Zhi Ke fuming powder control group.the positive rate of CD68 and VEGF were determined by immunohistochemical method.Wound area reduction rate and wound healing were compared between the two groups 14 days after treatment.Result: After 7 days of Seven leaf lotion in the treatment of wound pain,anal verge wound edema condition improved markedly than the Jin Xuan Zhi Ke fuming powder control group(P <0.05);The growth of granulation tissue in Seven leaf lotion treated group significantly faster than Jin Xuan Zhi Ke fuming powder control group after hemorrhoid operation(P <0.05).7 days after hemorrhoid operation,the positive rate of VEGF and CD68 in Seven leaf lotion treated group was significantly higher than that of Jin Xuan Zhi Ke fuming powder control group(p<0.05);Wound area reduction rate in treatment group was significantly higher than Jin Xuan Zhi Ke fuming powder control group(P < 0.05).The wound healing time in Seven leaf lotion group with heatclearing and cooling blood,swelling and alleviating pain was significantly shorter than Jin Xuan Zhi Ke fuming powder control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: Seven leaf lotion for fumigation can significant reduce wound pain,anal verge wound edema condition,promote anal wound healing.promote growth of granulation tissue after hemorrhoid operation.The mechanism of promoting wound healing may be related to vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and CD68. |
