Objective: because women menstrual regulation mechanism is disorder,appear a series of clinical manifestations such as menstruation to be notmoved, amenorrhea, infertility, and so on and so forth a syndrome calledpolycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and this is one of the more common infemale endocrine disorder disease category, through the investigation ofpatients with polycystic ovary syndrome under the action of socialpsychological factors, and compared with normal women, and to explore thesocial psychological factors for the occurrence and development of polycysticovary syndrome effect, so as to initiate somewhat to research of etiology ofPCOS, to do further analysis and research of the disease, at the same time totreatment, outcome and prognosis of the disease guidance.Methods:This study adopts the method of case-control study. Choose according tothe medical situation in March2012-December2013to Hebei medicaluniversity affiliated hospital outpatient service of department of gynecologypatients with polycystic ovary syndrome, conforms to the PCOS diagnosticcriteria, to prepare detailed survey, eliminate interference factors.Choose normal women case-control, matching conditions are: age, levelof education, marital status, menstruation, etc. Screening one by one accordingto the conditions, including in the same period in Hebei medical universityaffiliated hospital outpatient service of department of gynecology to carry onthe examination of women, in schools, organs, enterprises, such as selection ofhealthy women, healthy check-up report, normal women get body withoutmajor disease, without menstrual disorders and mental diseases.Collected in accordance with the sample of PCOS women and normalwomen are required to complete the questionnaire to fill in, can not leave a blank project, otherwise the questionnaire. Designed the questionnaire contentincluding general situation questionnaire, Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) and symptom self-assessment scale (SCL-90), life events scale (LES),the scale printing binder, to conform to the conditions of the object of study.For all eligible subjects after completed the questionnaire, the questionnaireback in time, seriously do a good job in checking the results conclude andinput computer, finally will be collected by the questionnaire result analysissummarized, in order to come to the conclusion. Using SPSS13.0statisticalsoftware for data statistics processing.Results:1The PCOS group and normal control group on the age has no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between twogroups on the ground often live (P>0.05); Two groups of women in thecultural degree, marital status, family situation, the menstruation situation hasvery obvious differences, statistically significant (P<0.05). Emotional instability,poor ability to adapt to the environment, often hostile.5Somatization, forcing symptoms of PCOS group, compared with thenormal female level of anxiety, hostility, and showed that the patients hadobvious feeling of body discomfort, chest tightness,fatigue. Accompanied byanxious and nervous, and hostile.6PCOS patients mental pressure is big, the greater the influence on thepsychosomatic health. The appropriate psychological intervention for patientswith PCOS is very necessary.
