ObjectiveTo explore the interaction between life quality,social support and psychological factors in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in Shenyang,Dalian,Jinzhou,Benxi,Liaoyang and Panjin in Liaoning,in order to improve the life of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome Quality provides the basis.MethodsThis study adopts a convenient sampling method.From November 2017 to October 2018,patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in Shenyang,Dalian,Jinzhou,Benxi,Liaoyang and Panjin in Liaoning Province were selected as subjects.A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed..The general data questionnaire for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,the revised edition of the Modified Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Questionnaire(MPCOSQ),the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used as survey tools.To investigate general information,quality of life,social support,and psychological factors in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.The following statistical methods were used in this study:descriptive statistical analysis,internal consistency test,t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,multivariate hierarchical regression and structural equation path analysis.Software SPSS22.0 and Amos20.0 were used for data processing.ResultsThe results show that the MPCOSQ questionnaire,SCL-90 scale and SSRS scale used in this study have good reliability and validity(P<0.05).Pregnancy,marital status,BMI,menstrual disorders,degree of hemorrhoids and acanthosis nigricans had statistically significant effects on quality of life,social support,and psychological factors in patients with PCOS.The social support and psychological factors scale has a direct predictive effect on the quality of life of PCOS patients,and social support plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between psychological factors and quality of life.Conclusions1.PCOS patients' pregnancy,marital status,BMI value,degree of menstrual disorders,degree of hemorrhoids and acanthosis nigricans had statistical significance on quality of life,social support and psychological factors(P<0.05).2.The social support and psychological factors scale of PCOS patients have a direct predictive effect on quality of life.3.The social support of PCOS patients plays a part in mediating the relationship between psychological factors and quality of life.
