Effect Of Psychological Interventions On Peptic Ulcer

With the globle economy,industrialization, urbanization and technological development, psychosomatic diseases are increasing in rencent years, which clinical rates is about one-third in general hospital rates. Many researches have confirmed that the occurrence, development, prognosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases are closely related with social psychological factors. Peptic ulcer are common psychosomatic diseases,especially for piolets, personality, social support, emotional factors, negative life events can affect rehabilitation of psychosomatic diseases, therefore, psychological interventions has played important role in clinical therapy on the basis of drug treatment. So this study is based on drug treatment, explore psychological factors which effect peptic ulcer of piolet, and psychological combination therapy which treat piolet peptic ulcer.In this study,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire was evaluated personality of piolet peptic ulcer, SCL-90 was assessed psychological health and emotion, Life Events Scale and Social Supporting Rating Scale were used to assess stress and social support of piolet who has Peptic Ulcer. Here are the main results of this study:(1) The results of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire showed that the score of neuroticism (57.63±10.24) was higher than the control (48.92±8.31), the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, photic anxiety, paranoid ideayion, psychoticism in SCL-90 were significantly higher than the control, the results ofLife Events Scale suggested the score of negative life events (18.46±13.81) was higher than the health control (7.29±5.01), Social Supporting Rating Scale resluts indicated total score of SSRS (22.79±1.02) was lower than the control (30.04±1.79).(2) Based on the drug treatment, applying for psychological combination therapy, the treatment of piolet peptic ulcer was carried on. Social Supporting Rating Scale resluts showed total score of SSRS in invention group (29.12±1.67) was higher than the contrlo (23.86±1.58). After psychology treatment, the invention group scores was lower than the scores which were before psychology treatment, in SCL-90, the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, photic anxiety were significantly lower than before, while the control group had no significant differece. According to tracking, cure rate of invetion group (95.34%) was higher than the control (70.45%), X2=9.445,p<0.05;recurrence rate of invetion group (11.63%) was significantly lower than the control (40.91%), X~2=6.198,p<0.05.Conclusion: first,according to the results of questionnaires, this study verified the piolet peptic ulcer was intended to anxiety and nervous, psychological stress, personality, social support influence occurrence of peptic ulcer, these factors also played an important role in peptic ulcer. Second, based on drug treatment, established psychological combination therapy, including cognitive therapy, behavior therapy, relaxation therapy and music therapy, which were taken in treating piolet peptic ulcer patients, improved cognition on peptic ulcer, increased the social support, reduced the negative influence of life events. On the basis of drug treatments, effective psychological treatments were established, which promoted the rehabilitation and reduce the recurrence rate of piolet peptic ulcer, which were provided theoretical and practical basis clinical treatment.
