Objective To evaluate the effect of blood pressure, the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptom,self-rating Anxiety and vascular endothelial dysfunction on the tune of Jiao to hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver yang syndrome.Methods60patients were randomly divided into the tune of Jiao group(30samples), and control group(30samples). Two groups accepted general treatment and nursing, besides,30cases for the tune of Jiao group listened the tune of Jiao, once a day,30min per time,5times a week, following12weeks.Before and after intervention, the blood pressure, the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, the self-rating Anxiety scale were compared between the two groups, and the ET-1and NO of two groups are evaluated after intervention.Results1. Blood pressure effectAfter intervention, efficacy between two groups has statistics difference. After intervention, the two group had significantly decreased in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, there was statistical difference (P<0.01).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the tune of Jiao group had significantly decreased compared to control group (P<0.05)2. The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptomAfter intervention, both the tune of Jiao group and control group had remarkable improvement in clinic symptoms (P<0.01). Besides, there was no statistical difference between two groups after intervention(P>0.05).3. AnxietyAfter intervention, the tune of Jiao group had significantly decreased on the self-rating Anxiety scale (P<0.01). Besides, there was no statistical difference in control group(P>0.05).4. Endothelial functionAfter intervention, two groups had statistics difference in improving blood plasma ET contens and NO contens.
