Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Essential Hypertension And Ventricular Contraction Of Yin Deficiency Hyperactivity Syndrome By Modified Jiahuang Decoction

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of using Jiawei Jianling Tang in treating patients in Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome with primary hypertension and ventricular premature beats.Methods:The cardiovascular internal medicine department’60inpatients who come from the first affiliated hospital of Hunan university of Chinese medicine in Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome with primary hypertension ventricular premature beats from February to December,2014were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of30patients.Conventional medical therapy was given to both groups (grade-1primary hypertension and ventricular premature beats:Irbesartan capsule, metoprolol tartrate tablet; grade-2primary hypertension and ventricular premature beats:Irbesartan capsule add Levamlodipine besylate tablets, metoprolol tartrate tablet).Treatment group received additional Jiawei Jianling Tang treatment,4weeks for a period of treatment.Analyse the integral of curative effect of primary hypertension, ventricular premature beats, TCM symptoms.Results:1. The comparison of antihypertensive effect:Treatment group total effectiveness is93.33%, and control group80.00%. The process adopting statistical analysis was of highly statistical significance(P=0.003,P<0.01), and the treatment group was better than control group.So was eight times the blood pressure,(24hours) ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.2. The comparison of ventricular premature beats curative effect:Treatment group total effectiveness is93.33%, control group73.33%. The process adopting statistical analysis was of statistical significance(P=0.034,P<0.05),and the treatment group had a better performance.So was (24hours) Dynamic Electrocardiography.3. The comparison of TCM symptoms curative effect:Treatment group total effectiveness is80.00%, control group56.67%.The process adopting statistical analysis was of statistical significance(P=0.049,P<0.05), and control group did worse.Based on the total symptom integral,both of groups could improve clinical symptoms but the treatment group did better. 4.In the process of this test, All the subjects did not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Jiawei Jianling Tang can cure patients in Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity with primary hypertension and ventricular premature beats, no adverse reactions.
