The Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of San Han Zhi Xie Decoction On The Fenghan Diarrhea

Objective:To observe the clinical effct of the Chinese native medicine San Han Zhi Xie decoction on treating children with the Syndrome of Fenghan diarrhea.Method:Stochastically divides60examples Children with diarrhea into two groups, the treatment group30examples use the chinese native medicine San Han Zhi Xie decoction to take orally the treatment. The comparison group30examples use the Montmorillonite Powder and Medilac-Vita to take orally the treatment. Around observes two groups to treat the clinical symptom and the therapeutic effect.Results:The Chinese native medicine San Han Zhi Xie decoction treats the young children with diarrhea30examples (total effectiveness is93.33%), treats the young children with diarrhea30examples with the control group (total effectiveness is86.67%), after statistics processing, the two has no significance difference (P>0.05), but in improving some main symptoms. In improving the main aspects, the differences between the two groups in improving Stool frequency, Character, stomachache after treatment have no significance difference(P>0.05); In improving the secondary aspects, The difference between the two groups in improving symptoms of fever was statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group is better than the comparison group.But the difference between the two groups in improving other secondary symptoms has no significance difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:San Han Zhi Xie decoction has the good treatment result and the important clinical practice value. In improving symptoms of fever, the San Han Zhi Xie decoction is better than the Montmorillonite Powder and Medilac-Vita.
