Objective: Qinlian qinpi decoction combined with antibiotics was used as an intervention to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bacterial diarrhea in children,providing a clinical basis for further proving that traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the use of antibiotics.Methods:Clinical research from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital clinic/hospital accord with children's bacterial diarrhea,diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,a total of 60 cases into the group of patients were randomly grouped into control group and treatment group Qin cortex fraxini soup group,will be screening qualified subjects were randomly assigned to two groups according to the proportion of 1:1any of a group.Both groups were given basic treatment,with cefmeazole as the antibiotic,which also included basic fluid and zinc supplementation,diet adjustment,and conventional drugs(smecta,bifidus aureus,blaxella,clostridium caseinate,mommy love,racecardotril,etc.).Treatment group given basic treatment + Qin cortex fraxini soup,control group given basic treatment,a course of five days,depend on the laboratory results and rely on children with diarrhea disease in children with severe situation and performance such as children with fever,diarrhea,vomiting,dehydration and other symptoms,and according to different ages and weight given different doses of medicine,choose different time points(1 day,3 day,5 days)to record the patient's symptoms integral,defecate frequency,defecate character,and other accompanying symptoms,antifebrile time,defecate normal data such as time,collect and regular,then training + drug sensitive test,blood routine,The specific scores of CRP and TCM syndromes were shown in the attached table and other bacteria to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:Two groups were compared in terms of disease curative effect,after the experimental treatment group down 13.03 + /-3.079,compared with before treatment total integral in the control group a total score fell 8.83 + /-2.406 in the past treatment,the results show that the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms total score weresignificantly decreased,and P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group and control group in symptomatic improvements in total score difference was statistically significant,the treatment group is better than that in control group in improving symptoms integral.Conclusion:On the basis of two controlled studies,this study proves that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with antibiotics can significantly reduce the utilization rate of antibiotics,and provides support for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and its combination with antibiotics in the treatment of bacterial diarrhea in children.
