Peilian Decoction In The Treatment Of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea With Damp-heat Diarrhea Clinical Research

Objective: In this paper, through the clinical observation, the use of modern medicalmeans, from the multiple perspectives of Peilian Decoction in the treatment of infantilediarrhea damp-heat diarrhea curative effect and the mechanism, designed for clinicalprovide a simple, effective and safe, easy for parents to accept the proposal.Methods: In2010July~2010November the Yantai Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinesemedicine pediatrics outpatient and inpatient pediatrics in60cases of autumn diarrhoeachildren were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,30cases in each. Application of the treatment group of Chinese medicine decoction in thetreatment of Peilian, controls application of smecta, Bifidobacterium triple viable piece(Golden Bifid) observed3days after treatment, compared the effect of twogroups.Results: The two group in improving symptoms of stool, fever, urine short red,tongue, a fingerprint, P＜0.01, Significant difference, the treatment group was superior tocontrol group;In the improvement of vomiting, anal red aspect, the two groups hadsignificant difference, P＜0.05, Significant difference. The total efficiency, the treatmentgroup96.6%, contrast group73%, P＜0.01, the treatment group was superior to controlgroup.Conclusion: Peilian Decoction in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea withDamp-heat diarrhea curative effect remarkable.
