| Objective: to discuss the rules and principle of Chinese couple herbsby observing the effect of the couple herbs of baizhu & ruling and itscompatibilities.Methods: established rat model of SDS by using Rheum officinal.research on the different effect of the couple herbs of baizhu & rulingand its compatibities with couple herbs of tonifying qi, promoting qiand eliminating dampness on levels of NT SIgA and carboclearance rate,etc.Results: experimental results indicated that the couple herbs ofbaizhu &fuling and its compatibilities could obviously enhance thedisordered gastrointestinal hormone and immunologic function on ratof spleen deficiency by Rheum officinal.Conclusion: the regulation of comprehensive compatibility group isthe most significant among all the groups. |
