The Clinical Research Of Rutong Granule Chinese Herbal Medicine On Treating Postpartum Hypogalactia Of Qi And Blood Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical treatment effect, analyse the safety and effectiveness of Rutong granule, Chinese herbal medicine, on treating postpartum hypogalactia, Qi and blood deficiency syndrome in order that it could be more used at the clinic by the objective experment bases.Methods:By the effectiveness first, arandomized, parallel controlled experiment design, from Dec.2011to Oct.2012, there were68cases diagnosed as postpartum hypogalactia, Qi and blood deficiency syndrome, which were randomly divided into treatment group,34cases, and contrast group,34cases. All the cases met the inclusion criteria at the gynecological clinic, the Hospital of the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Maternal and Children Health Hospital, Jin Jiang District, Chengdu. The two groups were guided in breast feeding and the psychological by the same way. The difference is that the treatment group was orally treated by Rutong granule for7days, one dose for one day,100ml, tid. To observe the changes of the synthesizing treatment effect, the integral of clinical symptoms of TCM and the milk lack level of mothers’breast in the two groups.Results:(1) There are statistically significant differences after the treatment, comparing the two groups in the synthesizing treatment effect, the integral of clinical symptoms of TCM and the milk lack level of mothers’breast, and hemoglobin level (P<0.05). The treament group is better than another.(2) Comparing the synthesizing treatment effect:the total effectiveness percentage of the treatment group is94.12, another is64.71. There are statistically significant differences comparing the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)It is obvious curative effectiveness for Rutong granule in treating the postpartum hypogalactia, Qi and blood deficiency syndrome. The granule can significantly improve the milk amount of breasts, and the TCM syndromes of the postpartum mothers.(2) Clinical application of Rutong granules is safe and reliable, no adverse reaction, and worth to be used more.
