Clinical Observation On Postpartum Hypogalactia Of Qi Xue Kui Xu Type With Zeng Ru Decoction

Objective:Evaluate the therapeutic effect of Zengrutang treating postpartum hypogalactia by clinical observation.Method:60postpartum hypogalactia patients were chosen.30patients out of the60were arranged to the treatment group and the rest30to the control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Zengrutang prescription orally, with seven days as a single course of treatment.The efficacy was assessed after one course of treatment.The patients in the control group was treated with Tongrukeli (Produced by Haohushi Pharmaceutical Company Limited in Liaoning Province, H.M.L.N.Z20054179). The patients in this group takes Tongrukeli orally by2bags each time and3times each,with sevens days as a single course of treatment. The efficacy was assessed after one course of treatment.The patients in two groups are both treated with seven days as a single course of treatment and the efficacy was assessed after one course of treatment.Results:Zengrutang can obviously improve lactation amount, breast filling level, and reduce other symptoms.Zengrutang showed better efficacy than tongrukeli(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zengrutang have the effect of recovering qi and blood, and dredging collateral channels, so it can effectively promote milk secretion.
