The Clinical Observation Of Bu Yi Qi Xue,Tong Luo Xia Ru Chinese Herbal Medicine On Treating Postpartum Hypogalactia(Qi And Blood Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the safety of Bu Yi Qi Xue, Tong Luo Xia Ru Chinese herbal medicine on treating postpartum hypogalactia(Qi and Blood deficiency type).Methods:Selected56patients in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology department and hospital outpatients diagnosed with postpartum hypogalactia (Qi and Blood deficiency type) were randomly devided into two groups(treatment group and control group),28cases each,of which the treatment group were given Bu Qi Yang Xue, Tong Luo Xia Ru Chinese herbal medicine to treat and the control group to oral Sheng Ru Ling wate. The two groups both started the medication from the second day after postpartum, the treatment group daily dose, two times per day; the control group also twice per day,each time one bottle (100ml), and both groups continued the medication for a week. The day before the medication and the first day after the medication measured all patients’endocrine levels and safety target. In the medication period observed all patients’ change of milk amount,breast’s fullness and clinical symptoms of TCM. Results:(1). The cure rates of the treatment group and the control group treating postpartum hypogalactia (Qi and Blood deficiency type) were respectively57.14%and39.29%, the total effective rates were96.43%and78.57%, and the clinical efficacy of two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).(2).The total effective rate in improving the milk amount of the treatment group and the control group were respectively96.43%and82.14%, and the two groups both could play a significant effect on increasing the patients’milk amount. Compared the effect of the2nd day to the7th day after the medication with it before the treatment, the difference had the significance(P<0.05), but had no difference if comparing the effect of the two groups after the treatment.(3). Two groups both had significant effect on improving the breast’s fullness and the statistical significance after the treatment compared with before the treatment. The treatment group had better effect in breast fullness grading compared with the control group after the treatment.(4). Two groups had the obvious curative effect on improving the clinical symptoms of TCM, and both had significant defference compared with before the treatment(P<0.01),but had no defference if comparing the symptom after the treatment with before the treatment (P>0.05).(5). The prolactin(PRL) had the trend of escalation and the estradiol (E2) had the declining trend, but the comparison among the two groups had no significant defference (P>0.05).(6). Safety target inspection:During the medication, hadn’t discovered that had the allergic reactor to two groups, after two groups of treatments,there was no abnormal changes by inspecting blood routine,urine routine,stool routine、ECG and liver function、kidney function. Before the treatment, had a few abnormal inspection results,after the treatment, not aggravated; Post-natal42days reexamined, the parturient women’s recovery condition and the infants’growth had not normal changes.Conclution:Bu Yi Qi Xue, Tong Luo Xia Ru Chinese herbal medicine had obvious clinical effect on treating postpartum hypogalactia (Qi and Blood deficiency type), could avidently improve post-partum milk amount,breast’s fullness and clinical symptoms of TCM, and course of the treatment was safe without safety hidden danger.
