Clinical Observation Of Low Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation In The Treatment Of Postpartum Hypogalactia Oral Medicine

Objective:Observation of Chinese medicine Tongru Dan decoction combined with low frequency electric stimulation therapy in patients with deficiency of Qi and blood deficiency in milk, for the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency type hypogalactia open up new ideas and methods, to improve the success rate of breastfeeding.Methods:Selected into the Qi and blood deficiency type standard lack of milk in90patients,, the patients were randomly divided into3groups,30patients in each treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, Tongru Dan Decoction granules with pig’s trotters juice, a day early, late take a package, combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of30min each time,2times a day; traditional Chinese medicine group was given Chinese medicine Tongru Dan Decoction granules with pig’s trotters juice every day, morning and evening, take a package; physical therapy group was treated with electric stimulation on the30min each time,2times a day;3days are1treatment course, after a course of treatment, through the observation of lactation, breast fullness, breast milk quality index of patients before and after treatment, clinical efficacy evaluation of oral medicine Tongru Dan addition and subtraction combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation.Results:(1) the comprehensive comparison of curative effect:Treatment of postpartum hypogalactia (Qi and blood deficiency type) recovery rate of43.3%, the total efficiency of93.3%. Chinese medicine treatment group hypogalactia cure rate of20%, the total efficiency of83.3%. Physiotherapy treatment hypogalactia cure rate of10%, the total efficiency of76.7%. Comparison of curative effect, there was significant difference (P=0.003<0.05). Compared with traditional Chinese medicine group and treatment group curative effect, no significant difference (P=0.053>0.05).(2) compared to milk yield effect:Each treatment can effectively increase the milk yield in the treatment group, the cure rate was56.7%, the total efficiency of93.3%. Traditional Chinese medicine group, the cure rate was30%, the total efficiency of83.3%. Therapy group, the cure rate was26.7%, the total efficiency of73.3%. Comparison of milk effect, there are differences (P=0.034<0.05). Compared with traditional Chinese medicine group and therapy group milk curative effect, no significant difference (P=0.52>0.05).(3)compared to single TCM symptoms before and after treatment:A comparison of TCM symptoms before and after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, there was significant difference (P<0.05), the two groups could significantly improve the clinical symptoms (complexion, Shenpi, appetite); and there was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05). Comparison of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in patients with physical therapy group, no significant difference (P>0.05).(4) safety detection:Before and after treatment in patients with blood, urine routine, liver, kidney function test, electrocardiogram examination showed no obvious abnormality (P>0.05). Urticaria, nausea, vomiting, syncope, allergic reactions and adverse reactions did not occur during the course of this study, showed that each treatment of postpartum hypogalactia non-toxic side effects, safe and reliable. Postpartum42days later, the development of maternal physical rehabilitation and infants were normal.Conclusiom:Traditional Chinese medicine Tongru Dan decoction combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation treating hypogalactia asthenia of Qi and blood, can effectively increase the secretion of milk, and can significantly improve milk deficit levels and clinical symptoms, the clinical application is safe and effective, non-toxic side effects.
