The Clinical Observation On The Influence Of The Treatment Of Yiqihushentang On The Deficiency Of Vital Energy Of Spleen And Kidney Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN) is a common and frequently-occurring disease, which is the main cause of kidney failure. For its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated, the modern medicine is short of effective means for the treatment of the disease. Besides, the use of some immune inhibitors can lead to a variety of side effects, even death. On the other hand, Chinese medicine has made some achievement from the clinical treatment of the disease, and gathered a large number of practical experience. Therefore, it is of great significance to combine modern medicine advanced treatment with practical experience of traditional Chinese medicine.Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, this research is to treat patients who has disease of CGN and in deficiency of vital energy of spleen and kidney with Yiqihushentang.By observing the changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory results, the purpose is to evaluate the clinical efficiency of Yiqihushentang and provide reference to further improve the traditional Chinese medicine clinical treatment of kidney disease.Method:60patients are divided into two sets in random.30examples are treated with Yiqihushentang as a treatment group,while the other30examples with Jianshen Tablet as a control group. Both groups are giving the same basic treatment, and the total observing time is3months. Then the clinical symptoms,the nature of urine albumen, the targets of24hours’ urine albumen, urine red blood cell, blood TP and ALB, blood fat, and the change of BUN and Scr before and after treatment are observed respectively.Result:Yiqihushentang can obviously improve clinical symptoms, and is better than the Jianshen Tablet group. It can also lower Urine protein of24hours and Urine red blood cell; heighten blood TP and ALB; improve blood fat; lower BUN and Scr; improve renal function,having no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:As it can improve the symptoms and the life quality of patients, postpone the progression of kidney disease, Yiqihushentang is a safe and effective prescription.
