The Spleen Yishentang On The Clinical Efficacy Of The Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Chronic Glomerulonephritis Proteinuria

Purpose: To observe the self in this topic Jianpiyishen decoction on spleen and kidney deficiency type proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis Clinical Research. This article summing up the previous basis of research into the disease, according to its own characteristic features of disease,combined with decades of clinical experience instructors to determine use of self Jianpiyishen soup Buqihuoxue, Lee water swelling, both samples, effectively reduce proteinuria.Method: Spleen and Kidney, Spleen and Kidney Qi Tang observed 30 cases of proteinuria in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, and in four flavors capsule with 30 cases of nephritis spleen and kidney Qi proteinuria in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis as the control Group, Clinical comparison of line. Use PEMS3.1 statistical software, count data using X2 test, with Ridit level of data analysis, measurement data using t test.Result: The clinical observation showed that the experimental group observed 30 cases of complete remission 14 (46.7%), partial response 6(20.0%), 7(23.3%), not 3(10.0%), total effective rate was 90% ; control group, 30 cases observed, including complete remission 8(26.7%), partial relief in 4(13.3%), effective 10(13.3%), while 8 (26.7%), total effective rate was 73.3%. After statistical analysis, total effective rate was significant difference (P<0.05), explain in reducing proteinuria, the experimental group than the control group.Conclusion: Self Jianpiyishen soup is safe and effective in reducing proteinuria in Chinese medicine prescriptions. The prescriptions in the future there is more extensive study of clinical value and prospects.
