Clinical Study On ManShenNing Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective: To study the curative effect and to approach the mechanism of ManShenNing(MSN) in treating deficiency of vital energy of spleen and kidney of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN) from the clinical research angle.Method:60 patients who are suffering CGN are divided into two sets in random.And 30 examples are treated with ManShenNing,while other 30 examples with ShenYanKangFu Tablet(SYKFT) as a control group .All two sets are given same food and nursings,and both are ended the therapy after two months as a period of treatment.Then we observe its curative effect,its influencement to Urine protein of 24 hours, Urine red blood cell, blood albumin, blood fat, renal function, blood rheology, blood ET-1 and untoward reaction to human.Result:MSN can obviously improve clinical symptoms,total efficient rate amount to 90%,supass the control group 70%(P<0.05);can lower Urine protein of 24 hours and Urine red blood cell; heighten blood albumin; improve blood fat; lower BUN and Scr; improve blood rheology; lower blood ET-1,having no obvious vice-reaction.Conclusion:MSN can obstruct the progression of CGN by global adjustment and multitude pathway. MSN can improve clinical symptoms, improve quality of life ,defend renal function and postpone the progression of kidney disease.
