| Objective:The subject applying Shenyankangfu tablet,which has the founction of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and reinforcing spleen,tonifying kidney, to treat deficiency of both vital energy and yin type chronic glomerulonephritis patients,Studying of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and reinforcing spleen,tonifying kidney method in treating of deficiency of both vital energy and yin type chronic glomerulonephritis with effect and and safety,And the clinical curative effect of observationcombined with ARB to provide clinical basis for combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group, treatment group 1, the treatment group 2, n = 20, group 1 treatet by Shenyankangfu tablets, treatment group 2 on the basis of Losartan potassium tablets combined withshenyankangfu tablet which has thefounction of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and reinforcing spleen,tonifying kidney, alone in the control group of Losartan potassium tablets, three groups for a period of eight weeks of clinical intervention.observing.Then anaylse patients with TCM syndrome integral,24 hours urinary protein,liver meritorious service, renal function and so onthrough the statistical analysis to evaluate efficacy and safetybefore and after treatment.Results:The total effect of the disease:the treatment group 2 total efficiency of 75%, treatment group 1 is 50%,the total efficiency ofcontrol group is 45%,treatment group 1 compared with the control group have no significant difference(P> 0.05); treatment group 2compared with the control group and the treatment group 1, treatment group 2 is better than the control group and the treatment group 1(P<0.05).TCM syndrome: the treatment group 1 compared with the control group, the treatment group 1 is better than the control group(P<0.05); treatment group 2 compared with the control group and the treatment group 1, treatment group 2 is better than the control group and the treatment group 1(P<0.05).Urine protein efficacy: treatment group 1 compared with the control group have no significant difference(P> 0.05); treatment group 2compared with the control group and the treatment group 1, treatment group 2 is better than the control group and the treatment group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin and Reinforcing Spleen,Tonifying Kidney treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis have better clinical efficacy, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve patient quality of life;It's similar to ARB in dropping urine protein efficacy, ARB combined use of curative effect is more significant, and the security is good, no obvious adverse reactions. |
