Study On The Effect Of The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney, Spleen, Activating Blood And Dispelling Wind On The Micro-inflammatory State Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Purpose:To observe the effect of tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing wind on the microinflammatory state and kidney injury of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)with deficiency of both spleen and kidney.Materials and methods: A total of 70 patients who met the case criteria set in this study and visited the outpatient department of renal medicine of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.Seventy patients who met the study criteria were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was only treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group combined traditional Chinese medicine decoction(main components :Huangqi 35 g,Taizishen 20 g,Baizhu 15 g,Tusizi 10 g,Shanyurou 20 g,Gouqizi 10 g,Jinyingzi 10 g,Danshen 10 g Zelan 10 g,Jiangchan 15 g,Chantui 15 g)on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,oral treatment with the disease.The relevant research data(basic data,TCM symptoms,laboratory indicators,etc.)of the two groups of patients before treatment and at the 8th weekend of treatment were observed.Statistical software was used to analyze and compare the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Extraction of hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),24 h urine protein quantification(24h UPQ),serum cystatin C(Cys-C),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL)from 70 patients before treatment,application of statistical software analysis hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels and the related indicators of relevance.Results:1.Hypersensitive c-reactive protein was positively correlated with 24 h urine protein quantification,serum cystatin C,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,triglycerides,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein.2.The efficacy of the observation group and the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant,the total effective rate was 85.71% in the observation group and68.57% in the control group,and the reduction of hypersensitive c-reactive protein,24 h urine protein quantification,serum cystatin C,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,triglycerides,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.3.The TCM symptom scores of the observation group and the control group before and after treatment had statistical significance,and the symptom scores of the observation group after treatment were all significantly lower than those of the control group,except those prone to colds.Conclusion:1.In the early stage of chronic glomerulonephritis,the indicators of microinflammation are positively correlated with some indicators of kidney injury.2.Combined with the method of tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing wind,the effect of reducing super-sensitive hypersensitive c-reactive protein and 24 h urine protein quantification,serum cystatin C,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,triglycerides,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein was more significant.3.The method of tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing wind can obviously improve the patients' clinical symptoms.
