The Clinical Efficacy Of Treatment For Wanning Shen And Invigoration Pi In Treating Nocturnal Enuresis With Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Asthenia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Treatment for Warming Shen andInvigoration Pi in Treating Nocturnal Enuresis with Syndrome of Spleen and KidneyAsthenia，furthermore to discuss the mechanism.Method:The60cases were seleeted and divided into two groups, They all fell in withNocturnal Enuresis with Syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Asthenia, and they wererandomly divided into two groups: treatment group(oraling wenshenyipi and enuresisDecoction combined with moxibustion to trreat) and control group(only oralingwenshenyipi and enuresis Decoction to trreat). Each group had30cases. Clinical efficacy(Depth of sleep, nocturia frequency, bladder capacity,and so on) of the2groups beforetreatment, two weeks and3months after treatment were evaluated, To observe the rate ofcure and recurrence of above two ways,to provide more effective method.Result:Four days after treatment,the total effective rate is93.33﹪in the treatmentgroup,the total effective rate is93.33﹪in the control group.There was significant differencebetween the two groups(P<0.05). three months after treatment the recurrence rate is10.71﹪in the treatment group,the the recurrence rate is32.14﹪in the control group. There wassignificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The treatment Improve the depth ofher sleep, reduce the number of Enuresis,the treatment also improve bladdercapacity,there are50cases get right, The recover to normal rates of bladder capacity is83.33﹪.Conclusion: Treatment for Warming Shen and Invigoration Pi had better effect toNocturnal Enuresis.
