Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Nocturnal Enuresis Of Both Sploon And Kidney Syndrome With Bushenjianpi?Huashikaiqiao Methods

Purpose: Use the method bushenjianpi?huashikaiqiao to treat people who has speen-kidney deficiency type's patients with enuresis,searching and evaluating it‘s clinical therapeutic effect?Method: Method:collecting 60 cases of infantile enuresis who has speen-deficiency type in our hospital outpatient department,devided into 60 sufferers random 2 groups,the treatment group and the matched group,the treatment group are treated with bushenjianpi,huashikaiqiao theord takes Chinese herbal medicine with water,the other group give suoquanwan take orally,after 4 weeks treatment,Using statistical methods through the comparison analysis of two groups of clinical symptoms after treatment,to discuss this method is useful.Result: During the thirty patients of the treatment group,10 cases were cured,15 cases were valid,5 cases were ineffective;the rate of effective is 83.33%.And in the matched group,6cases were cured,15 cases were valid,9 cases were ineffective;the rate of effective is 70.00%.Obviously the treatment results of the treatment group is much better than matched group.According to the principle of syndrome study integral analysis,the treatment group in terms of improvement which effect in the depth of her sleep,the number of Enuresis,the thin sloppy stool is better.Conclusion:This method of bushenjianpi,huashikaiqiao treatment effective in patient is better.
