Primary nocturnal enuresis (PNE) is such a common disorder that about 10~15% children suffered from after 5 years old, the main clinical symptom relies in arouse disability from sleeping immediately when bladder is filled up, therefore, bed-wetting events happen. However, up to now, the cause resulting in arouse dysfunction have not been cleared. In this study, we will investigate conductional function of sacral nerve to disclose underlying pathogenic agent leading to deep sleep by electrophysiological research work. Furthermore, percutaneous pudendal nerve electric simulation for sacral neuromodulation will be applied to treat enuretic children in order to research a simple, security, non-invasion therapeutic strategy for children with PNE.Objective: (1) To establish the normal values of pudendal somatosensory evoked potential (PSSEP) and sacral reflex (SR) in children and assess influenced factors. (2) To investigate pathogenic relation between conductional dysfunction of sacral nervous afferent pathway and the awake dysfunction by electrophysiological study. (3) To observe the therapeutic effecting of percutaneous pudendal electric stimulation and research for a...
