Study On The Modern Literature Of Acupuncture Methods And Selecting Acu-Points Of Nocturnal Enuresis

Objective: The purpose of this project is to search through the modern clinical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatments of Nocturnal Enuresis in the past 20 years,to organize,statistically analyze and summarize the acupoint selection rules,and combine with the clinical experience of the tutor to provide reference for clinical application of acupuncture treatments of this disease.Methods:Using CNKI,VIP,WANFANG DATA as the search sources,we incorporated relevant literature relating to this topic,and counted the frequency,origin,location distribution,specific point attributes,etc.We summarized the acupuncture treatment characteristics of the clinical acupuncture treatments of the disease and the selection of acupuncture points;and introduced the clinical experience of tutor professor in the syndrome differentiation,therapy selection and acupoint selection.Results: 1.Acupuncture treatments of Nocturnal Enuresis have been up to 22 kinds of commonly used,mainly include the common acupuncture,moxibustion,ear acupuncture,hand-foot acupuncture,acupoint injection,acupuncture point sticking,scalp acupuncture,etc.They usually use two or more than two therapies.2.The main acupoints of Acupuncture are Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zhongji,Shenshu,Zusanli,Baihui,Pangguangshu,Qihai.Moxibustion has one more main acupoint Shenque than Acupuncture.3.The main acupionts are on REN,ZUTAIYANG,DU,ZUTAIYIN;are on abdomen,lower limbs and waist;mainly belong to JIAOHUI,WUSHU,MU.4.Professor Yang pays more attention to liver reconciliation in the clinical acupuncture treatments of Nocturnal Enuresis,mainly use the combination of herbal moxibustion,acupuncture and ear acupuncture.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatments of Nocturnal Enuresis are based on acupuncture,moxibustion,and multiple treatments.The main acupionts of acupuncture and moxibustion is Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zhongji,Shenshu,Zusanli.Ear acupuncture and acupuncture point sticking are easy to accept,and suitable for children,should be promoted and applied.Professor Yang pays more attention to liver reconciliation in the clinical acupuncture treatments of Nocturnal Enuresis.
