This disease is chronic and recrudescent, and the patients cannot twist their waist freely which has greatly influenced normal lives and woke. In the process of treatment, Massage therapy can relieve the patient’s pain and the limit of waist, and can achieve the desired treatment effect. Combing with the Pathology and etiology, it is worth to study that whether Poking Channels Manipulation having better effect in kinds of massage manipulations or not.Objective:This study is order to learn elbow pressing and accumulate the working experiences of how to cure the third lumber vertebrae transverse process syndrome and have a better grasp of the techniques.Methods:This project is a prospective, controlled clinical trial. We elected60patients with Transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
