The Clinical Observation On The Ligament Damage In Chronic Lumbar Spine Treated By Ointment Rubbing

Purposes: this thesis aims to observe the clinical effect of ointment rubbing in the treatment of The Ligament damage in chronic lumbar spine,compared with treated by Biqi capsule to observe the differences in efficacy.The purpose of this study is to provide a more effective treatment method and thought for the Ligament damage in chronic lumbar spine.Method: in this thesis,a randomized control study was designed on 80 cases of The Ligament damage in chronic lumbar spine.One group of patients got treatment of massage together with ointment rubbing while the other took Biqi capsule.Symptoms of each group before and after the treatment were traced down respectively to analyze different effects of treatments.Result: by comparison,the group treated by massage with ointment rubbing got better effect,with the efficiency of 95.00% while the other is 87.50%.And differentiation between the two kinds of treatments is obvious,with a result of P<0.05.Conclusion: massage with ointment rubbing can effectively reduce the symptoms of The Ligament damage in chronic lumbar spine.Without side-effects and pains,it's more accessible to the sufferers.
